Fitness mantra: Workout regularly. More importantly, enjoy the workout. Be true to yourself.

A book you read in 2020, that you recommend: 21 Things about the 21st Century by Yuval Noah Harari

A tip / lifestyle change that we can make towards leaving the world a better place : Reducing the use of single use plastic, being conscious and carrying our own cutlery when we travel, our own water bottle and bags. Another lovely activity to do is composting wet waste, so that it doesn’t have to be sent to the landfill. Find a recycling centre in your neighbourhood for the dry waste.

A lesson learnt from the pandemic: Regeneration is the need of the hour, plus leaving no trace and being sustainable in our actions. The pandemic has made me realise that we have to leave the world a better place for ourselves and the generations to come. Therefore, we must give back to Mother Earth in every small action that we can.
