SHIPPING POLICY 

Please note that as we are headquartered in Mumbai, there might be delays in shipment basis government guidelines as per the Covid situation on ground. Please contact our team at +91 982099006 via call / WhatsApp between 11am to 8pm Indian Standard Time on all days in case of any queries.

All products will be shipped within 12-24 hours of receiving the order.

Products to major cities in India like Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Gandhinagar, Cuttack, Lucknow, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Patna, Pune, Kolkata, Ranchi, Vadodara, Mumbai in India will be delivered within 3 to 6 days from date of shipping. In case of other locations, delivery can take up to 10 working days.

In the event of delays in deliveries due to other unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, flight delays, etc, deliveries may take longer and you will be intimated via email.

SHIPPING COST

For all domestic shipments, except Cash on Delivery, we will deliver the product free of cost. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, but we’ll try our best not to!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders over US$500. Orders under $500 will be charged a shipping fee of $50. We will send you a payment link for the shipping fees, once we receive your order. 

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during working hours. Standard shipping timelines differ by destination, but we try to process & fulfill them in 7 to 10 days. 

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be updated throughout its journey. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. 

All orders will be shipped using ShipRocket delivery service . 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES: 

We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping from India to your shipping destination could incur customs charges. We are working to improve this service as soon as possible.

SHIPPING CARRIER

To ensure products reach you quickly and in good condition we have partnered with ShipRocket delivery who finds the optimum way to deliver to your location. An email will be sent after the order is shipped with the tracking number and name of the shipping partner. Please visit the logistics website and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

If the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at konnect@kosha.co or WhatsApp us at +91982099006, with your order reference number. We will ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

RETURNS POLICY

Yes, we try our best to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us. If you want to exchange it for a different size, color or style, you can buy any product in exchange against your previous order 15 days from the day the product reaches you. We will activate an exchange code for you once we receive the product from you in good condition with the product tag intact.

In case a wrong product has been shipped to you, we are happy to refund your money if you don’t want the right one. For other cases, you are welcome to opt for an exchange within the 15 day period beginning from the time the product reaches you. Refunds will be processed only after the product has been shipped back to us.

COVID UPDATE: To ensure the hygiene is maintained with our products in our warehouses and stores, we are not accepting returns on items sold during lockdown periods. This further reduces the chances of already sanitized items interacting with the virus. We understand this might be concerning for you, and therefore are happy to help you with questions on size, product features, climate calibration, etc.
