How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For detailed shipping timelines & details please view our Shipping & Returns Policy. Usually for domestic metro cities within 3 to 6 working days from the date of placing the order. In case the order is placed on a weekend or during public holidays, please do give us a couple of extra days.
Are there any shipping charges?
We will ship your orders free of cost (except Cash on Delivery) within India. International orders above USD$500 are eligible for free shipping. International orders less than USD$500 will be charged USD$50.
Can I exchange my product for a product of lesser value?
Sure. You will receive a credit note bearing the difference of the amount, redeemable within three months from date of issue.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
Why not! You can expect deliveries on all working days, during office hours.

What if I have a specific request?
Sure. We accept requests. In case you want us to send your order before, during, after a specific date with specific instructions or by a shipping company of your choice, do include a note while placing the order. Please let us know via WhatsApp as well highlighting the order number and request.
How do I check the status of my order?
We are just as eager for you to wear Kosha’s travel wear ☺ As soon as we personally pack and dispatch every order, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you. This will help trace your parcel’s journey.
How will my order be delivered to me?
We are super quality conscious and have tied up with the reputed courier companies only who will deliver your Kosha attire to your doorstep. Our Shipping partner is Xpressbees who look for the optimum way to reach your location. In case you’d like your order to be sent by a specific courier company, please do drop in a note.
How will I know if the order is placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed when you log in to your account on kosha.co.
Can I cancel my order?
Oh dear ☹ If you wish to cancel your order, do get in touch with us immediately. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, you are eligible for exchange; however, the order cannot be cancelled.

Do you allow Exchanges / Returns?
Yes, we try our best to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us. If you want to exchange it for a different size, color or style, you can buy any product in exchange against your previous order 15 days from the day the product reaches you. We will activate an exchange code for you once we receive the product from you in good condition with the product tag intact.
What if I have received the wrong product?
We’re so sorry! Our packaging procedures are thorough and usually accurate. However, we apologize if this has happened with your order. Please do call/e-mail with your order details. We will initiate the exchange procedure immediately.
What is Kosha’s Refund Policy?
In case a wrong product has been shipped to you, we are happy to refund your money if you don’t want the right one. For other cases, you are welcome to opt for an exchange within the 15 day period beginning from the time the product reaches you. Refunds will be processed only after the product has been shipped back to us.
I want to Exchange one or more of the products I purchased. How do I go about doing this?
Browse through the site and select the product you want in exchange. Then send us your previous product/s back. As soon as we receive it, we will generate a credit note that you can use to purchase another product.
Who pays for the shipping if I exchange?
For exchanges, the shipping cost will have to be borne by you.
If I need to send the product back to you, where should I send it?
You can send it to this address. Please do notify us of the shipping number and service used on the day of dispatch so that we can track it from our side as well.

The T&C says I can’t Exchange because I purchased the product during a sale. How do I go around this?
We’re sorry. Items purchased during the sale cannot be exchanged.
What if I want to change my delivery address?
Please do contact us immediately. If not shipped yet, we will help you out. If already shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Sorry ☹
I am going out of town; I want to change the delivery date
While placing your order please drop a note in checkout and WhatsaApp us with your order number about the date you want the products delivered. We will try our best to help you out. We cannot change the delivery date once the order has been shipped.
I have received a damaged product, What should I do?

Will my order be safe? What is Kosha doing for the hygiene & sanitation of products?
Our staff that will be handling your order in terms of packaging or delivery vendor interaction have been trained on the necessary steps and have been provided with gloves, face masks, face shields and sanitizers, to ensure minimal interaction with the products.
We have cross checked with our delivery vendors on their processes for shipping and order fulfillment as well to ensure safe transportation of your Kosha purchase. We use Xpressbees for our deliveries who have trained staff to take necessary precautions to ensure safe delivery.
To ensure the hygiene is maintained with our products in our warehouses and stores, we may not accept returns on items sold during lockdown periods as notified by the government. This further reduces the chances of already sanitized items interacting with the virus. We understand this might be concerning for you, and therefore are happy to help you with questions on size, product features, climate calibration, etc.
What precautions can I as the customer take while collecting my Kosha order?
Our top tip is to let the package be unopened and untouched for 8 hours after collection / delivery. Open the package only after 8 hours while taking necessary precautions. Equally important is to ensure that you have taken necessary precautions such as wearing gloves / sanitizing your hands and wearing a face-mask while handling the package. Additionally you can use alcohol based sanitizers after touching the outer packaging.
As an extra precaution, our offline store is only accepting online payment options such as Netbanking, Credit Card, Debit Card, eWallets and Bank Transfer. You can also redeem your Kosha Vouchers. Cash On Delivery option for online orders may be deactivated during lockdowns or as felt needed to follow contactless delivery guidelines. In case you opted for COD, our team will contact you and give you the option for an online payment link to complete the transaction. We request your cooperation in this regard, as it is for your safety.
