We are just as eager for you to wear Kosha’s travel wear ☺ As soon as we personally pack and dispatch every order, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you. This will help trace your parcel’s journey.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?
We are super quality conscious and have tied up with the most reputed courier companies only who will deliver your Kosha attire to your doorstep. Our Shipping partners are Blue Dart, First Flight and FedEx. In case you’d like your order to be sent by a specific courier company, please do drop in a note.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation on e-mail. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed when you log in to your account on kosha.co.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Oh dear ☹ If you wish to cancel your order, do get in touch with us immediately. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, you are eligible for an exchange; however, the order cannot be cancelled.

DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGES/ RETURN?
Yes, we try our best to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us. If you want to exchange it for a different size, color or style, you can buy any product in exchange against your previous order 15 days from the day the product reaches you. We will activate an exchange code for you once we receive the product from you in good condition with the product tag intact.
WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT?
We’re so sorry! Our packaging procedures are thorough and usually accurate. However, we apologize if this has happened with your order. Please do call/e-mail with your order details. We will initiate the exchange procedure immediately.
WHAT IS KOSHA’S REFUND POLICY?
In case a wrong product has been shipped to you, we are happy to refund your money if you don’t want the right one. For other cases, you are welcome to opt for an exchange within the 15 day period beginning from the time the product reaches you. Refund will be processed only after the product has been shipped back to us.
